Why Our Programs Work

Talking is good. Doing is better.

Our programs are experiential. They’re about dialogue not monologue. Participating not memorizing. There’s no podium, tables, or desks. Just a safe, open space for people to practice new skills.

Epiphanies are personal.

Our exercises help people discover their own habits and reflexes. When participants see the behaviors they always turn to, it’s easy to recognize their limitations. When they experience what it’s like to try a different approach, they’re more willing to acknowledge that there’s another way.

Abstract is more real.

We isolate skills outside of typical work scenarios so people can’t rely on old habits and scripts. Our exercises are purposefully abstract to let people practice sorting through many different answers and possibilities. Which actually makes them more like real life.

Confidence is inspiring.

We put people face-to-face with their biggest fear—failing. Because it’s the best way to grow. Our facilitators are among the best in the world at guiding people through that process and inspiring the bravery needed to grow and change.

Trust is sacred.

We make people feel supported. Everyone is here to help each other. Every contribution is valid. When you know your team has your back, you don’t worry about defending it. Which frees you to try new things.
