Second City Works helps more than 600 clients annually—including nearly 25% of the Fortune 500—drive employee engagement and growth through hands-on learning, original video content, and custom events. Essentially, we use the methods pioneered at the renowned Second City comedy theater to deliver super tricky information so that people accept it and act on it.

Net Promoter Scores aren’t everything, but ours is 82. So when we say that we inspire our clients to perform better, we actually do. And our offices are in the theater, so, yeah, it’s a fun place to work.

Here are roles we could use some help with.

Your primary goal would be to generate strategies that grow the Second City Works brand reputation and improve customer experience so we can drive revenue and continue our unprecedented growth. You must also be skilled at translating those strategies into campaign ideas with supporting innovative tactics.
