Essentially, we use the methods pioneered at the renowned Second City comedy theater to deliver super tricky information so that people accept it and act on it.

Strategic Solutions Manager

As a Strategic Solutions Manager, you will act as a partner and subject matter expert to the Client Partner team and create and drive new market opportunities. You will be highly engaged in the qualifying, proposal, closing phases, providing strategic solutions based on client objectives and needs with a focus on upsell and multi-year opportunities, where possible. Those who match well to this role excel at discovering expansion opportunities, architecting complex solutions, recognizing patterns, and collaborating internally as well as they do with clients. Like The Second City itself, our success with Second City Works is built on exploration, collaboration and saying “Yes, And” to our partners.


Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of services (such as meetings, events and content production) to our clients and maximize revenue opportunities with our Client Partner team. On-time and on-budget production is key to success. And while a “yes-and” attitude and approach is essential, closely monitoring the scope of a project is just as important to avoid scope creep. Organization and the ability to follow and create processes to deliver quality results is also a top priority.

Client Partner

The Senior Client Partner is an individual contributor role where you demonstrate Second City Works business expertise and create solution demand through client engagement, working closely with potential & existing clients or partners to identify requirements and establish how Second City Works products/services can help address business needs. Identifying long and short-term sales opportunities, this role focuses efforts on the proposal of opportunities and leads planning of key strategies & initiatives.

Inside Sales Representative

We know our unique product, services and uncanny delivery will exceed all expectations, one of the main priorities of the inside sales representative is to educate prospective customers about the value and breadth of Second City’s offerings. You will have direct client alignment to evaluate and understand their needs and make offerings with your product knowledge. You will be the primary influencer specifically in prospecting and qualifying phases.
