Your workforce is certain to have varying levels of apprehension around what is safe, responsible and appropriate when it comes to in-office behavior - and you will need to communicate the company’s in-office policies in a way that is clear, calm, and respectful. At The Second City, we noticed immediately that we needed to adjust the ways in which we communicate and collaborate in our shared work spaces and, since those skills are at the core of what we teach, we created a workshop to help others navigate this new environment as well.
