Next Thursday, The Second City Works podcast, "Getting to Yes, And" will feature a conversation with Kelly Palmer, former Chief Learning Officer of LinkedIn whose new book, "The Expertise Economy," looks at the many ways corporate learning isn't structured to provide learning at all, with a few key exceptions.
