Improvising Radical Candor is a suite of immersive, experiential learning programs that includes live events and digital content. Through storytelling, improvisation and interactive exercises, participants learn how to solicit, deliver and encourage feedback in a way that helps them do the best work of their lives while building the strongest relationships of their careers.

The best way to get better at Radical Candor is to practice, and one of the best ways to practice is to use improv. Teams take the space and time to experience giving and receiving feedback while exercising core improvisation skills crucial to Radical Candor’s success like listening to understand, staying present and being others-focused.

WHY IMPROVISING RADICAL CANDOR: DIGITAL

Improvising Radical Candor is launching a scalable, interactive workplace comedy series and supporting content that can serve as a standalone program or as a learning extension to the existing live workshops designed to create candid, talent-retaining company cultures. The interactive approach encourages individuals to Care Personally + Challenge Directly + Practice Playfully to create a culture of feedback, build cohesive teams and achieve great results.

The content modules include 60 minutes of funny, engaging short-form videos and use comedic storytelling with recurring characters and ongoing storylines to drive home themes and key learnings. By using humor to elevate conversations and tackle difficult topics, participants are more likely to pay attention, stay engaged and retain the information.

The digital suite can be integrated into your existing platforms, tools, and training — no special portals or logins required. Get the technology up and running immediately where and when it makes the most sense for you.

Practical guidance is included in the form of a tactical rollout toolkit, an internal communications roadmap, best practices and dedicated consultative resources to help you disseminate the program to teams across your organization.
